Question: How to continue verifications after trial ended

Good morning, everyone. I am new to the group and I would like to ask how I can continue or activate the verifications, since my trial period has ended. I sent an email a few days ago but did not receive a response, and at the moment the integration I made with the platform’s APIs is not working. I would greatly appreciate any guidance and look forward to your comments.
